The ceremony sets up a new collaborative program involving Chinese language study and Penn State/NTNU (Taiwan Huayu BEST Program). President Barron, the president of NTNU, and 25 other guests from the NTNU, the Taiwanese “Consulate” in New York (TECO), and PSU Asian Studies will be in attendance.
