Korean minor student won second place at the 9th United Arab Emirates Korean Speech Contest

Mohamed Alhefeiti, a senior Honors student majoring in Electrical Engineering and minoring in Korean, won second place at the 9^th United Arab Emirates Korean Speech Contest that was held on October 27^th in 2021 via Zoom (https://uae.korean-culture.org/en/556/board/383/read/110877; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4xmNi5bFs0&t=2s). He started learning Korean after he became interested in the culture through Korean films. South Korea is a global leader in technology and engineering with many partnerships with United Arab Emirates, where he is from.
